Our building offers unique security services not found at any other hotel. Building management recently completed a complete retrofit offering complete CCTV coverage of all public spaces, and centralized biometric access control. Every door in our building is connected with Ubiquiti’s state of the art UniFi Access Control and contains logs dating back 90 days of previous access to every door AND every floor.
All our staff and contractors undergo Level 2 background checks for security purposes. Documentation can be provided upon request.
All public areas of our building are completley covered by digital CCTV. Recordings are kept in a secure on-site facility for 30 days. All emergency exits and entry points are also monitored via this system. Unauthorized access results in alerts which can trigger immediate law enforcement response.

Our building exterior is unmarked and unbranded, With secure access beginning just 10 feet from the street curb.
Our building has on street parking that can be blocked off for oversize vehicle parking such as tour busses or semi’s. We measure only 10 feet from the street curb, to the door of our secure lobby. Additional oversize parking can be found only a block away if needed.
