This is the premiere location for television sporting events with 5 HDTV’s. Enjoy watching Griz Games, NFL and College Football, Boxing, UFC Fight Nights, Soccer, Baseball, Horse Races and much much more!

The rental includes over 1,500 sq.ft. of space, 2 private bedrooms (one with King size Tuft and Needle mattress, other guest room with Queen size bed), luxury bathroom with an additional half bath, sleeper sofa, large sectional couch, shuffle board table, pool table, multiple lounges, 2 sided bar, 5 flatscreen HDTVs, kitchen area with sink, full size toaster oven (fits normal pizzas & bakeware), 5 counter top burners, dishes, cookware, 3 refrigerators, freezer, coffee/latte maker, toaster, ice maker and more!
Guest access
Now with automated locks! No need to carry bulky keys with you, fully accessible via the August Home Security app, or with a custom code!
The entire space is available, price & access depends on the number of guests. There are no parties or events allowed without first booking the party/event with the manager. There are separate fees and policies for such events and permission is required. No unauthorized guests are allowed in the rental without the prior knowledge and consent of the manger and/or owner.

But, you better behave because we abide by all state laws. Individual parties are responsible for their own events’ occurrences. Additionally, we require proof of Business License and Insurance certificates if booked guests higher Caterers and or Bartenders during their Events, Parties and Overnight Stays. Regardless, this is a venue of standup ladies, gentleman and families. We hope you appreciate the chance to be included in such a fun and enjoyable experience.
